We are based in Ulhasnagar, which is always a hive of activity. Our shop is just one of many in this busy area, and we’ve been part of the local scene for years now. We deal with electrical items, so there are always coils of wire and switches lying around the place. It’s not the most organized shop in the world, but we know where everything is. Ulhasnagar is a unique place where everyone is trying to make a living, and we are no different. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell electrical supplies to people who need them for their houses or small shops. Sometimes we sit on plastic stools outside when the shop gets too stuffy. We talk to the shopkeepers next door about the weather or the local news. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We don't have a website with big promises; people just walk in because they saw our sign or their cousin told them we had what they needed. The noise from the street is constant, with scooters and rickshaws zooming past all day. We’ve learned to talk over the noise. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the local electricians have the parts they need to get their jobs finished and go home.
