Jaisha Travel Agency is right in the middle of the Bhaji Market. It’s a loud and lively place to be every single day. You can hear the vegetable sellers calling out their prices while we’re trying to book tickets for people. We aren't in a big glass building; it's just a simple shop where locals come to talk about their travel plans. Usually, people stop by after they finish their grocery shopping. We handle bus bookings, train tickets, and whatever else people need to get from one place to another. It gets crowded in the mornings when the market is at its peak. We don’t have a lot of space, but we make it work with a couple of chairs for customers. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the noise of the market outside. It’s a very local vibe here. We know most of our customers by name since they live in the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of the Bhaji Market for a good amount of time now. It’s convenient for everyone. No one needs an appointment, they just walk in. We keep our paperwork in stacks and try to keep up with the constant changes in travel schedules. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our daily life and we’ve gotten used to it. The fan in the corner barely keeps us cool, but we don't mind. We just like helping people figure out how to get home when they need to visit family.
