Suhana Homoeo Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away on Jamejay Marg in Nagda, right by the Mirchi Market. If you know the Ujjain area, you know how busy that market gets, especially on the days when everyone is out buying their spices and groceries. Suhana Homoeo Clinic is a small place, really just a couple of rooms where we keep our little bottles of medicine and a desk. I spend most of my day sitting there, talking to people about their aches and pains. It is a quiet kind of work, even if the market outside is anything but quiet. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, so we are always wiping down the glass jars to keep things clean. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. People in Nagda mostly know where we are anyway. We see a lot of kids and elderly folks who prefer the gentler way we do things here. It is a simple life, opening up at the same time every morning and staying until the last person has been seen. We have a small wooden bench for people to sit on while they wait. Often, they end up chatting with each other about their families or the weather while they wait for their turn. It feels like a neighborhood spot more than a medical office sometimes. That is just how we like it to be.
