Smile Care Dental Clinic & Kids Care Centre is located over in Freeganj on Varuchi Marg. If you know where the Gurudwara is, we are right near there, basically right across from the Bread Fast Restaurant. We ended up with this spot because it's easy to describe to people who aren't from this side of Ujjain. We handle adults but we also see a lot of children, so the place can get a bit loud with kids running around or being nervous. We have some toys in the corner to keep them occupied. It isn't a massive hospital, just a regular clinic with a few rooms. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, but with kids, that’s not always possible. The walls are painted a light color to make it feel a bit bigger than it is. We spend a lot of our day doing routine stuff like braces for teenagers or just checking for cavities in toddlers. My desk is usually covered in papers because there's always something to sign or a file to look up. We don't use any of those fancy automated systems for everything; we still write a lot of stuff down in ledgers. If you’re hungry after your visit, that restaurant across the street is pretty popular. We've been here long enough that we recognize the regulars walking past the window every morning. It’s a decent place to work and help the local families on Varuchi Marg.
