Hussain Eye Hospital

You can find us at 117 Sanwer Road, right across from J K Nursing Home. It’s a fairly busy street, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines in the background. Our building is simple and doesn't stand out much, but we’ve been here helping people with their vision for quite a while. Inside, the walls are a plain off-white, and the chairs in the waiting room have seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't one of those big, shiny hospitals with a lot of glass. It’s just a place where people come when their eyes are bothering them. We have the usual machines for testing sight, and a small counter where we keep the files. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, and people have to stand, but nobody seems to mind too much. We try to keep things moving along. The staff here at Hussain Eye Hospital is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning the floors. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly. We see a lot of elderly folks and kids who need their first pair of glasses. We just do our best to get them sorted and back on their way. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the eyes and leave the rest to others.
