We are Shree Ujjain Real Estate Private Limited. Our main office is located in Flat No. 201 on the second floor of Gurukriparegency. If you know the Ashok Mandi area near Agar Road, you’ve probably passed by our building. It is a fairly quiet spot most days. We chose this location because it’s convenient for getting around town. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but it stays relatively calm inside. We handle a lot of real estate matters from this flat. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular space where we keep our records and meet people when necessary. We’ve got a few desks and some chairs. Shree Ujjain Real Estate Private Limited has been operating from Gurukriparegency for some time now. People find us easily enough once they get to Agar Road. The Ashok Mandi landmark helps a lot with directions. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit long, but we don't mind it. It’s a good place to work. We don't have a big sign out front, just the office name. We are just a local team doing what we do. It’s simple and honest work. If you drop by, you’ll see we’re just regular people working out of Flat 201.
