Roy Clinic

Roy Clinic is situated in Ganesh Dewali. It is a simple place, really. We’ve been operating out of this same building for many years now. It’s a quiet corner of the neighborhood, away from the main rush, which is nice for the patients. The clinic doesn't have any of that corporate feel you get in the city. It’s just a few rooms where we see people for their basic health needs. We don't have a big reception desk or a team of people in uniforms. It’s usually just me or one of the other staff members sitting near the entrance to take your name down. The walls have some old posters on them and the floors are a bit worn from all the feet walking over them over the years. We see a lot of the older folks from Ganesh Dewali who have been coming to us since we first opened. It’s a very straightforward operation. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy logo. We just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the backup lights, but we manage. It’s a very human place. We talk to people about their lives while we check them over. It’s just how we do things here. If you need a doctor and you’re in Ganesh Dewali, you’ll find us easily enough. We stay here until the last patient is seen.
