Premshankar Jaiswal started this business right here in Freeganj. We are located exactly opposite the Patidar Hospital. It is a very busy street because of the hospital, so there is always someone passing by. Our office is small and simple. We have a few chairs for people to wait and a big desk where we keep all the records. We handle a lot of different travel needs for the people of Ujjain. Some days we are very busy with bookings and other days we just sit and drink tea while watching the street. It is a very local operation. We don't have any fancy brochures or corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. The hospital landmark is the easiest way to tell someone where we are. Sometimes the noise from the ambulances is loud, but you get used to it after a few days. We have a small group of drivers who know the roads around here like the back of their hands. We don't pretend to be a big global company. We are just a local travel shop trying to make a living.
