If you are looking for our office, we are at number 23, right there at the Dewas Gate bus stand in Ujjain. It is a very busy area with buses constantly pulling in and out, so there is always a lot of noise and exhaust in the air. Panchshil Yatra Company has been here for a long time, helping people who are trying to plan their yatras or just looking for a way to get to the next town. Our office is not very big, and it can get quite cramped when a large family comes in all at once to book their seats. We keep all our records in some old notebooks and try to stay organized as best as we can. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a simple way to travel without spending too much money. We talk to the bus drivers every day and know most of them by name. Sometimes we have to deal with buses breaking down or being late, which can be frustrating for everyone, but we just do our part to sort it out. There is a tea stall nearby where we go to take a break when things get too hectic. We don’t really do any fancy advertising; people just see our sign at the bus stand and walk in. It’s a busy way to live, but we like being in the middle of all the travel activity.
