Margdarshak Consultant Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Abhilasha Colony, specifically at B/147 on Dewas Road in Ujjain. Living and working in Madhya Pradesh has its own pace, and we definitely feel that here. Our office is in a quiet colony, which is nice because we do not have to deal with the constant noise from the main road. The building is easy to spot once you get into the colony, but first-time visitors sometimes take a wrong turn at the entrance. We have a small team here and we mostly focus on consulting work, which means a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people who need advice on different things. The office has a very relaxed feel to it. We keep a few plants near the window and there is always a water cooler that needs refilling. Ujjain can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the AC are running right. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of employees, just a local group trying to do right by the people who walk through our door. We take our lunch breaks together most days and talk about local news or the weather. It is just a regular office where we try to stay organized and keep things moving forward without making things more complicated than they need to be.
