Our place, Mahadev Home Ind. Pvt. Ltd., is located out in Gram Lahori. It is a quiet village area, so it is a bit different from the busy city shops you see elsewhere. Being in a rural spot like this means things move at a slightly different pace, which we don't mind at all. The air is a bit clearer here and we have plenty of space to get our work done. Most of the people working here are locals from around Gram Lahori or the nearby villages, so it feels more like a community than a cold office. We spend our days managing the production and making sure the machines are running like they should. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. The road getting here can be a bit bumpy sometimes, especially when it rains, but we manage just fine. We have a few big rooms where everything happens, and it can get a bit cluttered with supplies, but we know where everything is. It is not a place with shiny glass walls or fancy rugs. It is just a practical industrial site where we focus on the task in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed, but that is just part of living and working in this part of the country. We just keep at it, day in and day out, in our little corner of Gram Lahori.
