Lucky Laptop & Mobile Co.

Lucky Laptop & Mobile Co. is located in the Ri-Dhani Tower, which is part of the Tower Freeganj area. We are at Shop No. 1, right near Indira Gandhi Square. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of time working on different gadgets and talking to customers who drop by with their gear. The shop is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when we have a lot of items waiting for attention, but we manage. We don’t use any scripts or fancy sales pitches. If something can be fixed, we say so, and if not, we’re honest about that too. It’s just a regular local shop where we try to stay on top of the work. The square is a busy spot, so we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We don’t have a big corporate office behind us, it’s just us here in the tower. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and that’s our biggest crisis of the day. We like the pace of being near Indira Gandhi Square. It keeps us on our toes. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we just answer them as best as we can. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they are. We just run the shop and take things one day at a time. It works for us and the customers.
