Kids Training Centre

House No 16 on Kamri Marg is where we do our work. This is the Chotta Teliwada part of Ujjain City, so the streets are narrow and you have to know where you’re going to find us. Kids Training Centre isn’t a fancy name, but it says exactly what we do. We take in the local kids and try to teach them skills they can actually use. The building is an old one, like most things in this part of town. It has that smell of old bricks and paper. We don’t have air conditioning or anything like that, just the ceiling fans spinning away while the kids focus on their tasks. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a full house, but we make it work. Most of the people who bring their children here live within walking distance. They know us from the market or from just being around the neighborhood for years. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us, working in the heart of Ujjain, trying to give these kids a bit of a head start. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open all the windows, but that’s just life here. We don’t make a big deal out of it. We just wait for the lights to come back and keep going with the lesson. It is a humble place, but we take the training seriously.
