Shri Mahakaleshwar Developers And Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. is at No. 40 in Indra Nagar, right off Agar Road. It’s a practical spot for us. We’ve been here for a good while, and the office has grown as we have. It’s a mix of a workspace and a place to store supplies. You’ll see boxes stacked in the corners and piles of ledgers on the desks. It isn't the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. Agar Road is usually busy with trucks and traffic, which fits the kind of work we do. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find whoever is available. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination. The staff here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy. If the floor needs sweeping, whoever is closest to the broom does it. We’ve got a small area out back where we keep some of the heavier stuff. Indra Nagar is a decent place to work from. We know the local tea stall owner and the guy who fixes the tires down the street. It feels like a community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders coming in and going out every day. There is always a lot of dust from the road, so we are constantly wiping down the computer screens.
