Imperial Chemical Industries

Imperial Chemical Industries is located at 55 Varruchi Marg, right near the Gurudwara in the Freeganj area. Our shop is a pretty straightforward place where we handle different kinds of chemical products for the local market. Being on Varruchi Marg means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic throughout the day, especially with the temple being so close. People usually find us by looking for the Gurudwara landmark first. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular practical space where we keep our stock and manage the daily paperwork. Most mornings start with us moving crates around and checking what arrived from the previous day. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we talk to people who come in. We don't really go for fancy decorations or big signs. We just have our name up there and some old wooden desks inside where we sit. It is a bit of a cramped space sometimes when a lot of supplies come in at once, but we manage to keep things moving. Living and working in Freeganj has its own rhythm, and we have been part of it for a long time now. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who need them for their own businesses or projects. It is simple work, really. There is no big secret to how we run things, just staying open and being here when someone stops by.
