Ibpm Hospital

Birlagram in Nagda is where you will find Ibpm Hospital. We are located in this industrial area, and it has a very specific feel to it. It is not like being in a big city like Ujjain, even though we aren’t that far away from there. The hospital itself is a solid building that has been around for a while. We have a lot of workers from the nearby plants coming in, along with their families. It is a practical kind of place. We don’t have art on the walls or expensive rugs in the lobby. We have sturdy floors and lights that stay on all night. Working here means getting used to the rhythm of the local industry. When the shifts change at the factories, we sometimes see a bit more activity here too. The staff mostly lives right here in Nagda, so we are all neighbors in a way. We talk about the weather or the local news while we are waiting for the next patient to arrive. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the area, but for the people in Birlagram, we are just right down the road. We keep things running as best as we can, making sure the equipment is ready and the supplies are stocked. It is not a complicated life, just a lot of routine and being here.
