Chl - Medical Centre

Our medical center is located over by the Hari Pathak Bypass and the Mahakal Road, near the Nanakheda area. It’s a significant location because so many people travel through here, especially those heading towards the temple or using the bypass to avoid the city center. The building is quite large and we have different sections for various medical needs. Most days, the lobby is full of people from early in the morning. We see a lot of different cases, from minor injuries to people who need more serious attention. The staff spends a lot of time walking between the different departments. We have the usual hospital smells and the sound of trolleys being pushed down the tiled hallways. Outside, the road can get very dusty and congested with buses and trucks. We have a canteen area where we grab a quick bite when there’s a break in the schedule. The paperwork is constant, and there’s always a computer beeping or a phone ringing somewhere in the background. It’s a busy atmosphere, and we have to stay on our toes to keep up with everyone walking through the doors. We don't have much time for small talk, but we try to be helpful when people are confused about where to go. It’s just a big, functional medical hub where we deal with the daily reality of health issues in this part of town.
