Avm P&C Indus.

We are situated out on Indore Road, right near Prashanti Avenue. Our place is on plot number 26. It’s a bit outside the main city center, which is actually better for the kind of industrial work we do. Avm P&C Indus is the name we use. We have a fair amount of space here for our equipment and materials. The road outside can get pretty busy with trucks and buses going back and forth, but inside the plot, we just focus on our daily tasks. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy about it at all. We have a small shed for the office work and a larger area for the actual production or storage. We aren’t big on corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, wear our work clothes, and get the jobs finished. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We’ve been on this plot for a while and have seen more buildings come up around us over time. We don't really do much advertising. People who need what we make usually know where to find us on Indore Road. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the machines. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves on the fly. It's just regular industrial work, trying to stay productive and keep things organized as best as we can. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same. We just keep moving.
