Yedthare Clinic

Out here in Kundapura, things move a little slower, and that’s how we like it at Yedthare Clinic. We are located right on Dr. Salim Ali Road. It’s easy to get to, and most folks around here know the way. The building is simple, nothing to brag about, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We have a small waiting area with some old wooden chairs. They might creak a bit when you sit down, but they’ve been with us since we started. The clinic has a few rooms for checkups and a small space where we keep basic supplies. It’s usually just a few of us working here. We see a lot of familiar faces, mostly people from the nearby streets and shops. Sometimes a traveler stops by if they’re passing through Kundapura. The air here is nice, and we usually keep the windows open when it isn't too humid. We don't have a big reception team or a fancy computer system; we still write a lot of things down by hand in ledgers. It feels more personal that way, I think. We just try to help out whoever walks through the door. It’s not a complicated operation. We open the doors, see the patients, and then head home when the sun goes down. It’s just our little clinic on the road, doing what we can for the people nearby.
