Vanajakshi Facility Management

Our office is at Sathya Nilaya on Convent Road in Udupi. We’re right across from the Teachers Training School, which makes it easy for people to find us. We handle facility management, which basically means we take care of buildings and the stuff inside them. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been in Ajjarkad for some time now. Udupi is a good place to work, though it gets quite hot and humid. We spend our days answering calls and sending people out to different locations. It's not a glamorous job, but it keeps things running for our clients. We deal with plumbing, cleaning, and general upkeep. Sometimes things break at the worst times, and we have to figure it out quickly. The staff here is mostly local people who know the area well. We aren't a huge corporation; it’s more of a personal setup. We know the neighbors and the people at the school across the street. We keep our paperwork in order at the office and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s honest work. We try to keep things simple. If a drain is clogged or a light is out, that's where we come in. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the tasks that need doing. It's about keeping the buildings in decent shape every day. We’ve been doing this for years and it's what we know.
