Usha Tours & Travels

Our office for Usha Tours & Travels is tucked away in the Ananda Complex on State Bank Road. It's a handy location since we're right near the SBM Bank, so a lot of people stop in while they’re out doing their banking or running errands in Karkala. We’ve been operating out of this room for a good while now. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, taking calls and trying to figure out which routes to take for people. The building itself is usually pretty lively. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the traffic on the road outside, but we don't mind it much. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to travel. Whether someone needs a car for a day or a longer trip out of Udupi, we try to sort it out. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the cars are clean and the drivers know where they are going. It can get a bit stressful when a vehicle breaks down or someone changes their plans last minute, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't into fancy talk; we just tell people what we can do and then go ahead and do it. Living and working in Karkala has its own pace, and we’ve grown used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the daily tasks done every morning when we open.
