Urwi Medical Innovations Private Limited

Urwi Medical Innovations Private Limited is based out of the Manipal-GOK-Bio Incubator, which is inside the Advanced Research Centre in Madhav Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a great spot for what we do. Being in Udupi, specifically in Manipal, gives the whole place a bit of a student and researcher vibe. We spend a lot of our time tucked away in IS/DL/001, working on various medical ideas. It’s not your typical office setup where everyone sits at a cubicle. There is a lot of equipment around and people in lab coats moving between rooms. We are part of the innovation scene here, which just means we are trying to figure out new ways to handle medical devices or tech. It’s quiet most of the time because everyone is focused on their own projects. We don't really have a big marketing team or anyone trying to sell things. It’s mostly just us looking at data or testing out prototypes in the incubator space. The weather in Karnataka can be a bit much sometimes, but inside the research center, it’s always the same. We share the space with other startups, so you often see people talking in the hallways about their latest experiments. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to see if an idea actually works in the real world. We just keep at it every day.
