The Building Needs

You can find us on the 1st Floor of the Trivikram International Building. We are located in Udupi Kunjibettu, which is right across from MGM College in Bengaluru. It’s a very busy part of town because of all the students and the traffic coming through. Our office is where we handle everything for The Building Needs. We don't have a massive showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have a space filled with samples of tiles, hardware, and different materials that people need for construction. It’s a bit crowded in here sometimes, especially when we have a lot of deliveries coming in or going out. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are building their first homes or contractors who need supplies for a bigger project. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking prices. We’ve been in this building for a while and we like being near the college. It makes the area feel lively. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a workout if you’re doing it ten times a day. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a local business where we know our customers by name. We just try to provide what people ask for without any extra fuss or complicated talk. It’s straightforward work and we enjoy the daily interactions with our neighbors.
