You’ll find Suraksha Travel Agency over in the Mythri Complex in Udupi. We are really close to the Service Bus Stand, which makes it very convenient for anyone who is already down there trying to catch a ride. Udupi is a busy place and being near the bus stand means we see a lot of action every single day. Our shop is just a regular local spot where we help folks with their travel plans. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the travel business well enough to help out. It gets a bit noisy with the buses nearby, but we’re used to it. People come in when they’re frustrated with trying to book things online or when they just want to talk to a real person who knows the local routes. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to where they want to go and then we try to make it happen. Sometimes the computers are slow or the phone lines are down, but we always find a way to get the job done. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We’ve been in Mythri Complex for a long time now and most of the regulars know us by name. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it’s busy, but we manage fine.
