Sumanth Electronics

Sumanth Electronics is based in Brahmavar, right near the Canara Bank. We have been serving the Udupi district from this spot for quite a long time now. The shop is usually a bit of a mess because we have electronics in various states of repair all over the place. You will see old televisions, radios, and all kinds of small gadgets sitting on the shelves. I do most of the repair work myself, often sitting at my bench with a soldering iron for hours. It is quiet work but I enjoy the challenge of figuring out why something stopped working. Sometimes I have to travel out to a customer's house if they have a large appliance that needs attention. My helper stays at the shop while I am gone to talk to anyone who drops by. We don't have a big sign or a modern storefront. It is just a simple place where we fix things. I grew up in this town, so I know almost everyone who walks through the door. We don't do any big advertising because word of mouth is usually enough to keep us busy. People know that if they bring something to us, we will give it a fair look before saying if it can be fixed or not. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. It is just an honest local shop doing its part in Brahmavar.
