Sri Durga Agencies is located right at No 1 in the KSRTC Commercial Complex on K M Marg. Since we’re so close to the KSRTC bus stand and just opposite CPC Plaza, it stays pretty busy around here. There is always the sound of buses pulling in and out and people rushing to catch their rides. Our shop is right in the middle of all that movement. It’s a small space, but we pack a lot into it. We’ve been in this complex for quite some time now, watching people come and go every single day. The morning starts with the sound of the shutters going up and then it’s just one thing after another until evening. We don’t have much time for fancy talk because there’s always something to be done or a customer standing there waiting. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't use any corporate slogans or have big meetings about our goals. We just focus on what’s in front of us. The shelves are usually full and the counter stays busy. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you stop noticing it after a few weeks. Being near the bus stand means we get all sorts of people stopping in, which keeps things interesting. It’s a hardworking little spot in a very busy part of town. We just handle the business and go home tired at night.
