Sobha Developers

We are Sobha Developers and our place is out in Hiriadka, which is part of the Udupi district. Our office is connected to the residence of Nagabhhoshana, who used to be a forest guard. Because of that background, we have a lot of respect for the land and the local area. Hiriadka is a quiet place, away from the main rush of Udupi town. We like it that way because it gives us more space to think. The office is quite small and filled with papers, maps, and a few old books. It is a very humble setup. We do not have big signs or flashing lights. People usually find us through word of mouth or by asking around the village. We spend our days working on various development tasks and talking to the people who live nearby. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We do not use much technology, mostly just what is necessary to get the job done. Sometimes we have to travel out to different sites, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. The air is fresh here and there are plenty of trees around, which makes for a nice working environment. We are just a small local team doing our part in the community. It is not a flashy life, but it is a good one and we are satisfied with how we do things here. We just take each project as it comes and try our best.
