SHRI LAXMI AGRO INDUSTRIES

Our facility is located at 79-64-85 on the Kollur - Baindur Road, right along NH 66 in Yedthare. Being right on the highway means we see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles passing by at all hours. It gets quite loud with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the engines over the years. We handle a lot of agricultural products here, so there is always a bit of a dusty, earthy smell in the air. The space is large because we need the room for all the machinery and the bags of produce that come in from the farms. We don't have a fancy front office; it's mostly just a desk tucked into a corner where we keep the ledgers. Most of our work is physical and happens out on the floor where the action is. The weather can be a bit of a challenge, especially when it rains hard and we have to make sure everything stays dry. We start work pretty early when the air is still a bit cool. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so we all know each other well. It’s hard work and the hours can be long during the harvest season, but we just get on with it. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work gets done.
