Shreeka Dharma Seva Sadana Foundation

Our place is located at No 614 in Pragati Pride. If you're familiar with Eshwar Nagar in Manipal, you probably know the area near Badagubettu. It's a nice part of Udupi. Shreeka Dharma Seva Sadana Foundation is just a group of us working out of this office. We aren't a huge organization with hundreds of staff. It’s mostly just a few chairs, some desks, and a lot of work that needs doing. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the week. It’s hard to describe a typical day because it changes so much. Manipal is a busy town with all the students and hospitals around, so there’s always something going on. We try to keep our heads down and just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we run out of coffee or the internet goes slow, just like any other place. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It feels like home. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk to people like they're our neighbors, because most of them are. If you ever walk by Pragati Pride, that’s where you’ll find us. We’re just regular people trying to keep this foundation running properly. It is not always perfect, but we try hard to get through our list of chores.
