Shree Guru Tours & Travels

We run Shree Guru Tours & Travels out of the same place as the electronics shop in Kundapura. It might seem a bit odd to some, but it works for us. While one person is looking at a television or a radio, someone else might be asking about a car rental for the weekend. It makes for a busy day, jumping between fixing things and booking trips. We’ve been part of the Kundapura community for a long time now. The shop is usually full of stuff, and our travel desk is just one part of the whole operation. We aren't some sleek agency with uniforms. We’re just local guys who know a lot about electronics and even more about the roads around Udupi. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here, especially on Saturday mornings when everyone is out and about. We handle the travel side of things with the same practical approach we use for the shop. If a car needs work, we get it done. We try to find a way if a customer needs to get somewhere fast. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just treat people fairly and hope they come back. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, managing two different kinds of work under one roof, but it keeps life interesting. We like the variety and the fact that we know almost everyone who walks through the door. It is a bit noisy but that is how we like it.
