We are based in Udupi, in a house called "Kannika" located on the 2nd Cross in Katyayinin Nagar. It is in the Kunjibettu area, which is a well-known part of town. The office is quite easy to find once you are on the right street. Being in Udupi, we deal with a lot of rain during the monsoon season, so the office can feel a bit damp sometimes, but we are used to it. The building is a regular house, which gives the workspace a very local and familiar feel. We have our setup in the main rooms, with tables pushed against the walls to make space for all the files and folders. It is a quiet street for the most part, though you occasionally hear the neighbors or the sound of a scooter passing by. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right house. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics and paperwork for the company's activities in this region. We have a small staff and everyone knows their job, so we don't need a lot of supervision or fancy systems. We usually take our tea breaks together and talk about what’s going on in town. It is a very normal, down-to-earth place to work, far away from the stress of a big city office. We just do our work and go home.
