We are actually right beside the Kukkundur Post Office, which makes it very easy to explain to people who are visiting for the first time. The complex is usually quite busy with people coming and going for their mail or other errands. Our clinic is tucked in there, and it’s a modest space. We have a few rooms for exams and a small desk at the front. The paint is a bit old in the corners, but we keep the place clean. Being near the post office means we hear the motorbikes and the chatter of the queue all day. It’s a lively area. We've stayed in Kukkundur because the community here is familiar to us. Most people walk here or take a short ride. We don’t have any big advertisements or shiny posters. The sign out front just says Savita Clinic in plain letters. It’s a practical clinic for practical needs. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we just get on with our work. It’s homey in its own way. We've been here for a long time and plan to stay as long as the complex is standing. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood for everyone.
