Our office, Razvi Tours And Travels, is located in the Darussalam Complex here in Udupi. We are right opposite the Urdu School, so we hear the kids during their breaks every day. It’s a lively little corner of the 576101 area. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing with tours and travel bookings. The office isn't much to see, just some desks, a computer that acts up sometimes, and a few maps pinned to the wall. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the routes and the prices. People stop in while they are picking up their kids from school or just passing through the complex. We try to give them the right info without any extra talk. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner table because we get busy with walk-ins. We don't mind the clutter as long as the bookings are correct. It's a local business, through and through. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. If you need to go somewhere, we try to find a way that fits what you need. No big speeches or high-pressure stuff. We just sit down, look at the screen, and see what is available for your dates. It’s a practical way to run a business in this neighborhood.
