Puravankara Projects Limited

This is the Yermal Thenka location for Puravankara Projects Limited. We are based out of Bhandary House. It’s right here in the Udupi district of Karnataka. Being in a place like Yermal is a bit different than the big city offices. It’s quieter and you get to know the neighbors by name. We operate from this family-named house, and it’s served us well. Most of what we do involves keeping track of the regional work and making sure the paperwork for the district stays in order. The post office is close by, which is handy for all the mail we send out. Sometimes the rain in this part of Karnataka gets really heavy, and we just have to sit tight and wait it out while we finish our reports. It’s a simple lifestyle here. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech lobbies. Just a solid roof and enough space to lay out the project plans. People around here know the Bhandary name, so it’s easy for them to point you in the right direction if you get lost on the way to the house. We have been part of the landscape here for a bit, and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a practical spot for us to manage things without the noise of a major metropolitan area. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished day by day, year after year, right here in Yermal.
