Project - Green Buildings

We are located at Balaji House, B-1, 16-131. This is on the 1st Cross in the 2nd Stage of Ananthnagar. It’s up in Manipal, Udupi, in Karnataka. The pin code is 576104. Being in Manipal means we are surrounded by students and rain for a good part of the year. Our office focuses on green buildings and projects that make sense for the environment. It’s a quiet area compared to the main town. The building isn't very old, but it has a lot of character. We have some plants in the corners, which seems right for what we do. The 1st Cross is a bit steep, but it’s a nice walk. Inside, we have maps and project plans pinned to the walls. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a practical workspace with sturdy desks. We spend our days looking at designs and talking to people about how to build better. The Udupi weather can be tough on buildings, so we think about that a lot. We don't have any flashy marketing or big slogans. We just work on one project at a time. Sometimes we go down to the canteen for a quick lunch of dosa and then get back to it. It’s a very laid-back but steady way of working. We like being in this part of Karnataka. It’s a good place to think and get things built properly.
