Our office is situated in Raj Towers, which is right by the City Bus Stand in Udupi. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. It makes the location very easy to describe to anyone coming to visit. Raj Towers is a well-known building in this part of town. We have been working out of this space for quite some time now. Pai Nayak & Associates is just a regular office where we handle our business. We do not have a big corporate feel. It is just us at our desks, surrounded by the usual office supplies and paperwork. The hum of the buses outside is something we have grown used to over the years. Udupi is a busy place. Being near the transport hub keeps us right in the thick of it. We do not use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just show up and get the work done. The office isn't particularly modern or stylish. It is comfortable for us. We know the local shops and where to get the best tea nearby. It feels like a solid place to be based. Most people in Udupi know Raj Towers, so we do not have to give long directions. We are just a local team working in a familiar spot. The energy of the bus stand area keeps us on our toes every single day.
