Om Sai Juices

You can find us over at Om Sai Juices in Udupi. We’re located at Door No: 5-17L (6) in Vasuki Nagar, specifically on the Second Cross in the Korangrapapi area. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to spot us. The area is mostly residential, so it’s fairly calm compared to the main market roads. We’ve been set up here for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know most of the people who live nearby. Our shop isn't very large, just enough space for us to work and keep our fruit and equipment ready. We start our days early, usually when the first light hits the street, setting things up and cleaning the counters. There’s a lot of manual work involved, from washing everything down to preparing the ingredients. We don't have any fancy machines or automated systems; we do most things by hand. The humidity in Udupi can be something else, so we try to keep the place as airy as possible. It’s a simple life here in Vasuki Nagar. We chat with the folks who stop by and keep the business running as best as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one for our neighbors. It’s a lot of long hours, but we’re used to the routine. Working on the Second Cross has been good for us and we like the feel of Korangrapapi.
