NIKSHIPTA GROWTH LLP is located up on the 1st Floor at 4 158, 3rd Cross in Dasharath Nagar. We are over in Manipal, in the Udupi District, which is a bit different from the usual big city rush. Our office is a simple place where we handle growth planning and financial matters. It’s got big windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice during the rainy season here. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Most days are spent looking at numbers and charts, trying to figure out the best path forward for the projects we handle. It's not a flashy environment. We have some filing cabinets, a few computers, and a very busy coffee machine. People in Dasharath Nagar know us as the quiet office on the first floor. We don't do much advertising; we just focus on the work that comes our way. Sometimes we have clients come in for a chat, and we just sit in the small meeting area with some tea. It feels like a very local way of doing things. We’re glad to be based in Manipal. It’s a good place to work without all the distractions you find in the bigger metros. We just do our best to keep things moving and stay on top of the paperwork that piles up on the desks.
