We are based in the Industrial Estate in Manipal at the Special R 1 plot. It is a typical industrial area with lots of trucks and noise from the other factories nearby. Our building is a simple concrete structure where we manufacture various plastic items. Inside, it’s mostly rows of machines and a lot of heat when everything is running at full capacity. We have a small crew of workers who have been with the company for a long time. They know the rhythm of the place better than anyone. It’s not a glamorous business, and our office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor. We spend most of our time dealing with raw materials and making sure the quality is decent enough for our customers. Sometimes the supply chain gets messed up and we have to adjust our schedule. That’s just part of running a private limited company. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other businesses in the region. The floor is usually a bit dusty, and there is always a faint smell of melting plastic in the air. We just focus on hitting our production numbers and keeping the equipment in good shape. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do, and the estate is a good place to be located.
