Little Palace

Down in Baindur, not too far from the Mookambika Railway Station, you’ll find us. We’re in a spot that sees a lot of people coming and going because of the trains. Udupi is a beautiful place to live and work, and we’ve been part of the local scene here for quite some time. We call ourselves Little Palace, and while it might sound fancy, we’re actually pretty down-to-earth. We deal with the daily realities of running a business in a coastal area. The weather can be tough on buildings, so we’re always thinking about that. Whether it’s people coming in for a stay or asking about local projects, we try to be helpful. Our staff are local folks who know the shortcuts and the best places to get things done. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just treat everyone like a neighbor. The station nearby means there’s always a bit of noise and excitement, which we’ve grown to like. It feels like we’re right in the middle of things. We keep the place clean and functional, focusing on the basics rather than trying to impress people with gold trim or high prices. It’s a simple life here in Baindur, and we’re just happy to be a small part of why people like visiting or staying in this area for a few days.
