We are based in Kundapura, right on Masti Katte Road at building number 1-17-28. It’s a local civil engineering setup. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a standard office where we keep our maps, tools, and project files. Most of our work happens out on sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning. Kundapura is a nice place to work from. We’ve lived and worked here long enough to know the roads and how the ground is. Civil work isn't always pretty. It involves a lot of dirt, concrete, and long hours in the sun. We don't talk much about things like innovation; we just focus on making sure the structures stay up. Sometimes we're late finishing up because of the rain, but that's just how it goes in this part of the country. People know where to find us if they need something built or checked. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups. We don't mind. It feels like a place where things actually get built. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for years. If you're driving down Masti Katte Road, you'll see us. We’re just regular folks doing engineering work for the community here. We don't have a big corporate structure. We just have our team and the work in front of us. It’s been this way for a long time.
