Kiniyas Foods Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 1-85(7) in the Padmaramana Building, right on the Main Road in Malpe, Udupi. Being on the Main Road means we see everything that goes on in town. Malpe is a busy place, especially with the fishing harbor nearby, so there is always a lot of energy and movement around our building. The Padmaramana Building is a well-known spot, which helps people find us easily. Inside our space, it’s all about the food we are working with. There’s usually a lot of activity in the kitchen and the storage areas, with people moving quickly to get things ready. It can get quite warm in Udupi, so we have to keep things moving fast. The smell of the food is everywhere, which is something you just get used to after your first week on the job. We aren't a big corporate office; it’s more of a hands-on environment where everyone chips in. The floors are often wet from cleaning and the air is filled with the sounds of the town outside. We have our regulars who come by, and the Main Road is always full of tourists and locals heading toward the beach. It’s a lively spot to work in, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the peak season. We just try to stay organized and keep up with the orders. It’s a lot of work but being in the heart of Malpe makes it interesting and keeps us on our toes through the day.
