Ingeniouswings Global LLP is tucked away in Merdi. We operate out of Padumane, which is the home of Sugandhi Shedthy and her husband Bhaskar Shetty. It’s right near the railway bridge, which is the best way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. You can hear the trains passing by throughout the day. It’s a rhythmic sound that we’ve all grown to like. It’s not your typical high-rise office. It’s a much more personal setup. We do global work from right here in this house. It’s quiet and away from the main city buzz. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. There’s a lot of paperwork because that’s just the nature of what we do. Merdi is a small place, so word gets around quickly about who we are. We don't have any marketing people or a sales team. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch when the weather is nice to discuss our projects. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We’ve been at Padumane for a long time. It feels like home because it actually is one. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep things running smoothly and handle our responsibilities. Ingeniouswings Global LLP is just a small group of us doing our best. We appreciate the slow pace of life near the railway bridge.
