Indian Pharmaceutical Company

Our place is in the Vishwakeerthi Building, right along N.H. 66 in Puttur. If you are driving past Silas International School, you are very close to us. The highway is always loud with trucks and cars rushing by, but inside the building, it stays fairly quiet so we can focus. Indian Pharmaceutical Company has been at this location for a good while. We have a simple setup here with our desks and some storage space for the products. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds pulled down. Most of the people working here are from around Puttur or the nearby villages. We usually start the day by going over the lists of what needs to go out and who we need to call. It is a straightforward job. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Being near the school means the traffic gets a bit jammed up in the mornings and when the kids leave, so we try to plan our shipping around those times. We eat our lunches together and talk about the news or the weather. It is a decent place to work and we have gotten to know the neighbors in the other offices pretty well. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come without making a fuss.
