Galoretx Pharmaceuticals is based right here in Udupi, specifically in the Kallajhari area. Our address is 1-1-16(S)1. It’s a local spot, not one of those big industrial buildings you see in the bigger cities. Being in Karnataka, we get a lot of rainy days, but we keep things moving regardless. We started this because we wanted a local business that we could run ourselves. It’s mostly just us handling the daily tasks. We don’t have a marketing department or a big sales team. If you call, you’re probably talking to the owner or one of the two people working the desk. Udupi is a good place to be. The community is tight-knit and we like that. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for what we do. We manage pharmaceutical supplies and make sure they get to where they're supposed to go. Sometimes we're busy with paperwork for hours. Other times we're out making sure the deliveries are ready. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a small private limited company trying to make a living and serve the local area. It’s honest work and we take it day by day. We don't have any investors to please, so we just focus on doing things the way we think is right for our town.
