Craneand Hoist

Our place is at Plot No Spl-9 in the Kssidc Industrial Estate, located in Koteshwara. Working in an industrial area like this means you get used to the constant sound of heavy trucks and the smell of diesel in the air. At Craneand Hoist, we have a pretty large shed with high ceilings because of the size of the equipment we handle daily. The floor is made of thick concrete, and it’s usually got a few oil stains here and there from the machinery. We don’t have a fancy front office with a receptionist. If you show up, you’ll likely find one of us under a hoist or checking some steel cables. The humidity here in Koteshwara can be quite heavy, so the big ceiling fans are always humming in the background. We have known the guys in the neighboring plots for years, and we occasionally borrow tools from each other. No one here really bothers with wearing uniforms or suits. We just wear old clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty while we work. Lunch is usually a simple affair, with everyone sitting around the small wooden table in the corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the equipment that leaves our yard is solid and reliable. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it’s what we know how to do best.
