I set things up here at Sairam Complex on Zakir Hussain Road quite a few years ago. Udupi is a good place to work, even if the humidity gets to you in the summer. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we get the books done and talk to folks. You will find us on the main road, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you come at the wrong hour. I usually walk in around nine and stay until the work for the day is finished. It is just me and a couple of others helping out with the tasks. We know the neighbors in the complex pretty well by now. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our afternoon break. It is a quiet enough building, mostly filled with other small businesses like ours. We do not do much advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from someone else in town. That seems to work better anyway. If you need to find the place, just look for the sign on Zakir Hussain Road. We have been in this same spot for a long time and have not really felt the need to move. It is comfortable and central. Sometimes the stairs in the complex are a bit dusty, but the office inside is kept tidy enough for business. We just keep our heads down and work.
