Birti Chits Private Limited

We are based in Udupi, right on Court Road in the Simaz Complex. You can find us on the first floor at Door No. 13-1-215. Being on Court Road means there is always something happening outside, with lots of people heading to the various offices and shops nearby. Our office is a simple place where we manage chit funds. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just need a functional space to do our work. Most of the people who deal with us are local residents or small business owners from around Udupi. We spend a lot of our time explaining how the different chits work to new people or collecting the monthly amounts. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t have any slick promotional materials. Usually, someone just hears about us from their neighbor or a relative. We try to be helpful and keep things clear. The Simaz Complex is a busy building, so we see a lot of different faces throughout the day. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s a steady routine of paperwork and face-to-face meetings. We like being in this part of town because it’s convenient for everyone. It’s just a regular local business doing its part in the community, nothing more and nothing less. That is how we operate daily.
