It’s a bit different than being in a huge city like Bangalore. Things move at a slightly slower pace here, which we enjoy. We started this company to handle business solutions for people in the region and beyond. Since we are in Karnataka, we see a mix of local and outside work. The office is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. Most of the people working here are from around the Udupi area. We know the local landscape and how things work around here. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that businesses don't want to deal with themselves. It keeps us quite busy throughout the week. The road outside is usually quiet, especially compared to the main highways. Sometimes we get visitors, but mostly we just communicate through the computer or phone. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of locals who know our way around business paperwork and admin tasks. We like being in Kuthyar. It’s home for us, and being able to run Avakaasha from here is something we appreciate every day. Just a simple business in a simple place. We don't need much more than that to keep things running smoothly.
