Algitech Chemicals

We’ve been running Algitech Chemicals for a while now, tucked away in Varambally along the NH-17. If you’ve ever driven through Brahmavar, you’ve probably passed our place without thinking much of it. The location is practical because of the highway, though the dust from the road never seems to quit. Our day starts early, usually with a couple of us checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out to customers. We aren't a massive operation with a glass front office; it’s more of a functional space where we handle different chemical supplies. The monsoon months can be a bit of a struggle with the heavy rains hitting the coast, making the yard muddy, but the work doesn't stop. We mostly deal with local businesses and contractors who need specific materials for their own production. It’s straightforward work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the storage area to make sure everything is where it should be. The neighbors know us, and we know them. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small crew of people who know their way around chemical handling. We focus on getting the right items to the right place without making a huge fuss about it. Sometimes things get busy when three trucks show up at once, but we just take it one step at a time until the sun goes down and we lock up the gate for the night.
